Important tasks in methods of teaching the Russian
language and speech culture at technical universities

The article examines the issues of choosing methods and approaches of teaching the Rus-
sian language and speech culture to hard of hearing students studying at technical uni-
versities. We conclude that various techniques of selecting, presenting and working with
material significantly enlarge the possibilities of forming students' speech skills.
