Technique as a phenomenon of reality of human being

The article deals with technology as a constitutive principle of the reality of human exist-
ence. It reviews its key determinants. The authors describe topology of technology, they
look at the problem of technical rationality. They show destructive and constructive fea-
tures of the human race and technology interaction.
