The necessity of forming a wide range of algorithms of graduates' employability is one of
the modern trends in labour market. The solution to this problem could be found by de-
veloping necessary competences of employability among graduates. This involves
knowledge and skills acquisition in different fields of employability and mastering new
methods of adaptation in labour market. Training graduates for the modern labour mar-
ket environment is the aim and concern of any university, as “the level of graduates'
employability” is one of the major criteria of its efficient work and competitiveness.
