Innovative pedagogy as a basis for the formation

The article discusses an actual problem of modern higher education — vocational train-

ing and the formation of professional consciousness of the competitive expert in the par-

adigm of innovative pedagogy.

The article describes the importance of the formation of

innovative pedagogy paradigm and the conditions of its development in training systems.
