Features of teaching Mathematics to foreign students

Foreign students have been trained in the BMSTU since 1952. Curricula compiled for
them are fully consistent with the University training programs and take into considera-
tion students’ national specificities, the need for social adaptation, learning foreign lan-
guage in parallel with obtaining professional skills. In order to achieve the positive effect
it is necessary to optimize the selection of educational material and improve the ways of
presenting information analyzing the effectiveness of assimilation of the material studied.
