Explores the modern stage of development of humanitarian scientific knowledge, is a concept of an anthropocentric paradigm. Analyzes the basic notion of cultural linguistics- "concept" and its key importance for methods of teaching foreign languages. Formulates the new tasks of methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language in order to form a bicultural language personality of a foreign student.
