Due to the increasing importance of personal qualities of a specialist in the production process, it becomes necessary to form his professional consciousness and qualities that positively affect his performance. An attempt has been made to answer the question of how this is possible and in what ways. By addressing cognitive science and using the job of an analyst as an example, we considered various models and approaches to training future qualified specialists. Conclusions are made that confirm the above assumptions.
