Social and philosophical analysis of labor in the context of the transition to a new technological paradigm

The paper examines the value aspects of labor activity in modern society, taking into account the rapid social and technological transformations. A hypothesis has been put forward that in modern society, labor is the source of the most necessary things and acts as the foundation of social and anthropological life. With the transition to a new technological paradigm associated with digital technologies and the post-industrial economy, the social structure has become much more complex. The links between labor and other social institutions have become so opaque that it is impossible to understand them without special means. In particular, the axiological aspect of labor activity is increasingly determined by economic factors, manifested in behavioral capitalism and digitalization phenomena. This is due to the emergence of a new structure of social interaction between the employee and the employer, the state, the corporation, and the individual.
