Spiritual practice of Blaise Pascal: among the Cartesianism and afflatus

The paper focuses on the works of Blaise Pascal which were analyzed in regard to Cartesianism as a practical doctrine. Findings of research show that Pascal borrows the geometric method, but does not advance in its application beyond logical constructions. The thesis is substantiated, according to which, in an effort to convince and prove to others the truth of afflatus, Pascal builds a spiritual practice different from the Cartesian one.
