Article is devoted questions of strategy and tactics of an estimation of experts in indicators of personal reliability. In it are considered their specificity and scopes of application in comparison with the approaches developed in psychodiagnostics of shots. With a view of optimisation of maintenance of personal reliability of the expert its model two-stage, a two-level estimation is offered.
