Self-reliability in the structure of the personal reliability of the expert

The article develops the psychodynamic approach to the psychological ensuring of personal reliability. A hypothesis is suggested that in relation to individual specialists this activity requires differentiation due to existing or formed at a certain stage specific force fixity of their Super-Ego of the personal reliability that is defined by the author as the personal self-reliability.
