Linguocommunicative aspect in teaching foreign students to use constructions with the lexeme "есть": problems and decisions

Reasons of communicative failures arising in process of defective constructions with the lexeme ЕСТЬ producing are analyzed. Technique of mastering Russian system of expressing the meaning of belonging according to communicative intension is suggested. Syntactical structures where using the lexeme ЕСТЬ is necessary and prohibited are divided.
