Important tasks in methods of teaching the Russian language and speech culture at technical universities

The article examines the issues of choosing methods and approaches of teaching the Russian language and speech culture to hard of hearing students studying at technical universities. We conclude that various techniques of selecting, presenting and working with material significantly enlarge the possibilities of forming students' speech skills.
