Methodology of banking philosophy

Banking is a comprehensive nonlinear socio-economic system that combines the ideal and the material. Accordingly, methodology of the banking philosophy includes not only the purely philosophical research methods, but also general scientific cognitive, economic, mathematic, sociology and historical methods. The paper shows that methodology of the banking philosophy includes interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary cognition methods. Most important methods of the banking philosophy include historical (genetic), dialectic, systemic, network, reflexive, synergetic, critical, hermeneutic, phenomenological, structural-functional methods, method of component analysis, method of field analysis, as well as anthropological, comparative, etymological, linguo-cognitive, descriptive, contextual, cultural and philosophical, institutional, geopolitical methods and others. The paper considers the most important of these methods and their specificity within the banking philosophy framework.
