Graduated from the Department of Applied Sociology of the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University (1989). Defended the thesis "Social factors of the optimization of personal relations in team". Defended the doctoral thesis "Personal relations in the managerial system of an industrial organization" at the Academy of Labor and Social Relations. Professor since 2003. At BMSTU since 2014. Fields of scholarly interest: formal and informal aspects of managerial relations within organization, social processes in contemporary society, sociology of engineering and management, innovative methods in teaching social sciences and humanities. Author of more than 70 works.
