Philosophical and scientific analysis of the main approaches to training the future engineers at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University

The paper substantiates relevance of analyzing the main forms of training the qualified engineering personnel and notes the role of creative skills in engineering. It emphasizes and reveals importance of not only technical but also the humanitarian disciplines, as well as of the scientific and industrial practice in the future engineers training. Similarities and differences are noted in the practical training aspects at different faculties taking into account the enterprise specifics, department profile, etc. The paper considers features in practice at the faculties of Optical and Electronic Instrumentation and Rocket and Space Technology. A distinctive feature with students at the faculty of Optical and Electronic Instrumentation is the educational and industrial passport indicating all the stages in practice. This document is missing at the other faculties; therefore, the paper recommends introducing it there. Coincidence in the department and the base enterprise profiles is also important. The paper notes that an important moment in the scientific and industrial practice at the faculty of Rocket and Space Technology is participation of students in experiments in the rocket and space industry. This is a crucial creative procedure. Reasons complicating the experiments are analyzed. General objectives in training the future engineers are substantiated.
