Development of organizational-technological support mechanism of decision-making in organizations

This paper discusses theoretical and practical solutions to the management of human resources of the organization. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign experience an organizational-technological mechanism of management of human resources of the organization was developed. Algorithms and methods to control their personnel in order to increase the effectiveness of forms of work organization were described. On the basis of the developed algorithms and methods for control of the personnel in the company a hardware-software system was created and introduced which automated the process of managing human resources organization and increased the efficiency of personnel decisions.
