The epistolary legacy of Vladimir Mikhailovich Zenzinov (1880–1953), a prominent participant in the revolutionary movement in Russia and the Russian diaspora, has been analyzed. The letters written by Zenzinov to the “grandmother of the Russian Revolution,” E.K. Breshko-Breshkovskaya, during his stay in France in the 1920s were examined. It has been established that in these letters he sets out his views and discusses various socio-political and journalistic issues relating to the activities of the Socialist Revolutionary Party -Revolutionaries in exile, which represent a significant contribution to the further development of the theoretical platform of the Socialist-Revolutionary Party, being the product of a synthesis of populist revolutionary traditions and a fundamentally new view of the forms and methods of political struggle. It has been concluded that these documents reflect not only Zenzinov's deep personal involvement in social issues within the newly formed Soviet state, but also trends in the development of publishing under conditions of emigration.
