Dialectics of institutional and spontaneous matters in social systems

The problem of correlating between the state regulation of social interaction and spontaneous self-regulation based on natural mechanisms within market economy model is considered. The associated contradiction between private and common social interests constituting the essence of modern political relations is investigated.
