The paper attempts to study the transformations of labor archetypes in Russia. Russian society is confronting the increasingly aggravating contradiction “between labor and capital”, which, together with the COVID19 pandemic, caused Russia to slide into the disaster zone. The decline of the era of post-industrialism in the world marks the beginning of the formation of post-post-industrial Russian identity. This refers to creating our own effective quality of life, formed in the creative work of millions of Russian citizens, developing a new Russian national idea and introducing it into the consciousness of the population. Thus, in the Soviet methodology for calculating the national income (newly created value), it was assumed that the intermediary sector does not create national income, but only consumes and redistributes it. The ideology constructed in the context of globalism does not correspond to the Russian national identity. Post-postindustrial Russian identity should be based on archetypes formed in the sphere of labor relations.
