The article reflects the role of Information technologies and Information security in modern politics. The author reveals the significance of Internet and cyber mass media during information-psychology wars by the example of the Arab Spring, as well as the author stresses the defencelessness of Russian Federation in the face of complex offensive operations of geopolitical adversaries.
