Peculiarities of human problem interpretations in philosophical thought

The article explores the definition of “human being” as a central philosophic problem. The peculiarities of various interpretations of understanding of a human being are considered. Diverse approaches to the understanding of a human being in different historical epochs are analyzed on the basis of the extensive philosophic-historical material. The variability of philosophical approaches to the definition of a human being, his place in the world is shown, the factors influencing this process are revealed.
