Principles of modern state science and technology policy

The purpose of the study was to examine general principles of modern state science and technology policy in economically developed countries, as well as the functions of the state as the main body of political management of society and as a subject of science and technology activity. The study substantiates the necessity of improving the quality of Russia’s science and technology policy and introduces an appropriate set of measures to achieve this goal.
