Successful socialization as a field of social and philosophical knowledge

The paper focuses on the concept of successful socialization and the related category of success, and introduces the author’s classification of success. According to the author, the tradition of studying socialization within the framework of the general pedagogical paradigm does not seem promising, due to which the concept of successful socialization requires critical rethinking. The study emphasizes the philosophical meaning of the process of personality socialization, and notes that the problem of personality is not sufficiently represented in scientific works on socialization. Socialization is incomprehensible without the philosophy of personality. Successful socialization is inextricably linked to an individual philosophy of success. The transpersonal constructions of research in this field are subject to criticism. The paper stresses a need to activate the dialogue space as an indicator of the development of the body of scientific knowledge.
