The paper considers the results of socio-philosophical analysis of the sources and dynamics of modern production. Some principles of modern scientific and technical community interaction are described including a number of social contradictions of its activity. An auxiliary analytical approach to the research of scientific and technical policy of various subjects is proposed based on schematization and visualization of their paradigm. Examples of application of the received developments in pedagogical practice of higher school are considered.
