Joint consideration of genetically unrelated but simultaneous processes of robotization and implementation of guaranteed income principle makes it possible to see the symptoms of upcoming formational transition. We investigated social phenomena both in socialist and liberal interpretations. The analysis of capitalism essential features leads us to the hypothesis of stadial character of capitalism development, which is associated with the capital concentration and thanks to it with the development of new society life areas. Implicit arkhaization of social relations represented as natural element of historical dynamics appears to be the external manifestation of this process
