The paper describes some technical science structural features in comparison with the natural ones as well as their contents, development and methods. It also presents three groups of factors which influence the immediate determinism of their contents. They are practical, technical, and engineering issues; the level of general scientific development, in particular natural sciences and mathematics; and the current worldview dominant in the society. We consider the existence of four competently different levels of scientific knowledge in the technical science structure. They are sensual, empirical, theoretical and metatheoretical levels. The fundamental nature of methods for developing and justifying some technical theories is revealed.
