The Subjects of Political Processes during the Period of Soviet System Formation

The article describes the subjects of the political process in the first years of Soviet System, their particular historical specific characteristics. There made an attempt to organize and summarize relevant scientific approaches to understanding one of the most pivotal eras in the history of our country through the concept of the "subject of the political process".
