Unfinished discussion about the concept of "MIC"

The article analyzes one of the controversial issues in the history of the military-industrial complex (MIC) of the USSR - the concept of "MIC". The authors suggest that the widespread use of the term "military-industrial complex" is flawed, politicized. The term "defence industry complex" is politically and scientifically justified in relation to the USSR.
