Methodology of a systematic approach to managing sustainable development of small business

The article presents a methodology for sustainable management of innovative - reproduction small business development, the need for the development and substantiation of the methodology is seen as a systemic problem of improvement and development. There’s a problem indicates the existence of such problematic situations: inconsistency between the scope and results of development of small business to a specified level, the lack of proper effect from a previously worked-out theoretical studies and practically approved methods. Stability of subjects of small business depends directly on the sustainability of the system "small entrepreneurship of the region", regional and national economic systems, and Vice versa, stability of regional and national economic system is resistant structural economic systems (small business in the region and a separate subject of small business).
