International cooperation on the guarantees of the rights of the child in modern world

The aim of the article is to study and analyse the institution of the international adoptions and its today's state, as well as to examine the theory and practice of applying the standards regulating such relationships. We focus on contradictions in the legislation of various countries and suggest ways of solving some of these legal conflicts.
