The study focuses on corporate culture and its influence on the chain hotel enterprise personnel management; summarizes approaches to the concept of corporate culture and its role as a strategic competitive advantage of the enterprise. Findings of the research show that the labor productivity directly depends on certain standards of corporate culture adopted in the chain hotel business and thus is an important element in personnel management. The study can be useful in the courses of strategic management, hotel management, organization of hotel business, and network forms of organization in the field of hospitality.
