Review of the transport strategy of the Russian Federation and the dynamics of development of the transport and logistics service market

The article considers the main stages of the strategic development of the legal framework of transport infrastructure management and analyzes the transport segment of the market. There are a number of proposals for reducing costs and increasing the efficiency of Russian transport system. The problems determining development of transport and logistics service market are highlighted, measures for achieving the objectives and tasks of the transport strategy are proposed.
