Organizational structure of a medicoprophylactic institution, features of the structure related to rendering medical diagnostic services

The paper gives a classification of services rendered at medicoprophylactic institutions and a classification of medical institutions by a number of typological features. The organizational management structure of medicoprophylactic institutions is studied through the example of the clinical hospital of I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical Academy. The conclusion is made on the necessity of restructuring the organizational management structure, a method for practical implementation of the restructuring is proposed. Particular attention is paid to the MRI system as the most hightech diagnostic method.
