Razumovskiy V.Yu. (b. 1967) graduated from Lipetsk State Pedagogical Institute and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). Cand. Sc. (Polit.), Assoc. Professor of autonomous non-profit organization of continuing professional education "Institute of Education Development". Research interests include: public institutions, social processes in the law-enforcement practice. Author of the monograph "Corruption in the Russian system of education and science -origins, suppression, prevention" as well as 12 textbooks and 15 articles in scientific magazines and university journals.
