Эллинистическая поэзия и культ цариц: традиция подношения локона от Береники II к Арсиное III

Рассмотрена эпиграмма «Локон Береники», описывающая посвящение Береникой II пряди волос и последующий катастеризм локона, которая была создана поэтом Каллимахом и считалась наиболее ярким примером литературного представления образа обожествленной царицы династии Птолемеев. Выявлены культурные источники этого ритуала — греческие, египетские или их синтез. Этот эпизод сопоставлен с другим посвящением локона, совершенным дочерью Береники II, Арсиноей III, которое описал в эпиграмме поэт Дамагет. Выявлены характер заимствования и ключевые отличия двух произведений, которые, на первый взгляд, описывают совершенно идентичные эпизоды, но с участием двух разных цариц. В результате проведенного анализа текстов, а также свидетельств о похожих обрядах в Египте отмечено, что ритуал подношения локона Береникой II был в большей степени характерен для греческой религиозной традиции, а Арсиноя III, совершая подношение, вероятно, намеренно подражала матери, продолжая начатую традицию, хотя последующие представительницы династии не выполняли похожих обрядов, таким образом, ритуал не получил должного развития и, соответственно, не превратился в устойчивый элемент культа, но остался уникальным примером синтеза придворной поэзии и идеологического послания, отражающим специфику религиозно-художественных практик Птолемеев. Научная новизна работы заключается в уточнении характера подражания Арсинои III и в установлении границ функционирования мотива подношения локона как инструмента династической пропаганды. Изучены другие свидетельства, которые подтверждают, что подношение царицами локона действительно имело место, а не являлось выдумкой придворных поэтов.
