Нужна ли проблематизация национальной безопасности в эпоху новых вызовов и угроз?

Рассмотрен феномен национальной безопасности в контексте меняющегося мирового порядка, глобализации и детерриторизации как глобальных мегатрендов. Поставлен вопрос о возможности деактуализации национального уровня исследований безопасности. Исследован понятийный ландшафт концепта национальной безопасности, упорядочены и проанализированы традиционные и новые вызовы государству, усложняющие политику обеспечения национальной безопасности. Сделан вывод о том, что в переосмыслении нуждаются концепции, источники, методы и виды политики национальной безопасности, позволяющие уточнить концептуальные представления о стратегических приоритетах государства в области национальной безопасности.
