Logistics supply chain planning in view of exploitation evaluation

Modern dynamically changing economic conditions stimulate development of machine-building industries. Nowadays there is a trend towards improved coordination interactions of supply chains participants in the process of joint development of new products. In this paper the model of such coordination interactions of supply chains participants is developed, based on the principles of logistics planning. The model concludes in building of a supply chain, based on the strategic interactions between centers of key competencies.
